Another important factor that attracts investors is that tax rates are very low in comparison to other European countries.

Although the majority of the work in the purchasing process consists of transferring the deed and paying the taxes, there are many issues that can be very complicated for a foreigner after the purchase, such as turning on electricity and water, tracking invoices when you are not in Northern Cyprus, renovation-repair processes, and tracking of rented properties. We offer all of these services.”
